Great service from everyone who works at this dealership! Major shoutout to Jeffery Lau, Connie, Wendy, and Jack for helping me with the whole process for my first purchase from a dealership. I gave jeff a last second call 30 minutes before closing and was able to get a test drive and secure a deal for a 2022 Golf R! All employees were completely transparent with and assisted me to optimizing my financial. I’ll would definitely recommend this dealership to work with if they have the right car for you.

What a pity. I went to service my car today, they have a free car wash service, but they only sprayed water on the car, did not dry it, and did not clean the inside of the car. The stain on the windshield next to the driver's seat is still dirty, as if it had never been touched, does that count as a car wash? I feel like my car is worse after being sprayed with water like that! I used to buy a car at "Destination Honda Burnaby" and they did a very good job with the service. This time I bought a car here, may I ask if "Destination Honda Kingsway" is irresponsible or is Honda's service in general too bad!? When I received the car, I felt extremely dissatisfied, and your service made me feel that day was terrible! I need your feedback. Update: oct 9,2025 As you said, the vacuum cleaner package is not included in the service package? So let me ask, what do you mean by "car wash"!? Please explain to me these two words in your words? If you say it does not include inside washing, do you wash the outside? Or do you simply spray water on my car to make it dirtier than before I brought it in for service!? Or do you think "car wash" is a free service so you have the right to pretend not to do it? If so, I think you shouldn't include the free car wash service! So that customers have to receive a bad experience from you! I bought a new car from you for more than 60k, because I believe you have good services, and the things you say are free services in general and car wash in particular are just a form of advertising to attract customers, but you don't completely fulfill that responsibility!? Let me ask more, is it because the marketing side or the service side did not do it right? While all the services such as washing the car inside and outside and drying the car for customers at Destination Honda Burnaby, I have experienced there and they did very well. That's why I don't understand how you guys work!? And the way you guys answered me here like above makes me unsatisfied. I said it so that you guys can see the situation and change in a better way. Instead of answering me here in one way and then texting my phone number like giving me other promotions, and I don't need those things when you guys still don't see what's wrong with you guys, you guys seem to blame the customers!!

Got two cars here and the experience has always been amazing. Bikram helped us get into a new CRV hybrid and in the three meetings while me and my partner made a decision, he was so patient and understanding.
