100% recommending this location and service advisor Gary for your Lexus. For my precious and current Lexus I have been doing maintenance in other locations and usually waiting times are like 20-30 days!! This location’s team is also busy but their availability, kindness, flexibility is really good!
Definitely will come back again to do my next maintenance here even I need to drive from Richmond :)

I had a great experience at Regency Lexus. Raymond was friendly, thorough, and attentive to my concerns.
I brought my car in for several services and was satisfied each time. The team is professional and experienced. I especially appreciated that they took the time to properly diagnose a brake noise issue by keeping the car overnight.

I had an outstanding service experience at Regency Lexus. I arrived early at 7:00 a.m. for my 7:30 appointment, and David Pham had just arrived but let me in right away. He confirmed my service schedule, handed me the key for the courtesy car, and had me on the road before my actual appointment time.
David followed up later with helpful details and an update on when my Lexus RX would be ready. When I picked it up, my vehicle was washed, cleaned inside, and ready to go. He took the time to walk me through the invoice and explain all the work that had been completed.
The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely transparent. Everyone I interacted with at Regency Lexus was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend David Pham and Regency Lexus—the service was truly exceptional.
