Review Summary
The tires excel in off-road conditions like mud, rocks, snow, and ice, providing impressive traction and durability. They also perform well on-road, with good wet and dry traction, though some users note they may wear faster and have a harsher ride when used primarily on paved roads. Overall, the tires are versatile and capable, handling both daily driving and off-road adventures.

Only thing I'm changing is going to a bigger size.
Have been a great tire. I have 30,000 miles and I'll probably get 10-15,000 more. Great in the mud no shocker. I had duratracs and only got 22,000 miles out of them. If you do your part and rotate them they will definitely last.

Great Consistent 4x4 Tire
Using this tire 35" on 17" wheels on my 2015 Jeep Rubicon Wrangler. I'm at 23,000 miles on them right now. I probably have about 10-15k miles left in these tires. I've have great experience with these tires especially off road. I rotate them about every 6-7k miles so far and check my alignment. I'd say wear have been great with no signs of any tread wear issues. They are fine on the road but starting to get noisy which is expected but not quite as noise making howl as some of my friends Mud tires from other brands...these fall about mid way in road noise compared to other brand Mud tires. As designed the BFG Mud Terrain tires really excell off road. They are tough, don't chip, grip great and get me through things that shock me. I'm about to move to 37" tires and would consider these in that size but due to me driving more on the road that off road it seems I'm thinking and curious about trying out the BFG All Terrain in 37". For true off road hard core guys I highly recommend this tire. BFG tires have never disappointed me. Another plus is these tires are made in the USA and that is something close to my heart.

Best tire ever used!
Use my KM2's for all real world driving from city to true nasty slop in the woods and duck sloughs. They've yet to disappoint or leave me stranded. On my second set now due to my last set getting side swiped and cutting almost a 1/4" deep gash in the sidewall. A lesser tire would not have survived...mine got me home. Had 75k miles on my first set rotated every 5k religously and still had at least another 15k until my accident forced me to get new ones. Unlike a lot of city boys I actually use my tires for what they were intended and then some. I have them mounted on a 2011 Nissan Frontier 4x4.

2012 ram 2500
bought these tires for my 2012 ram 2500 diesel 4x4 tires did good in the field when checking cattle or other farm related stuff. did pretty decent towing. road noise wasn't bad. my biggest problem with this tire was the wear got about 18000 miles on them and have to replace them kept the tires rotated every 5000 miles

Shut up and take my money
I have a set of 245/75r16 on my 2012 Ford Escape AWD I do half off road and half on road from big bend national park to the job sight and on the highway these tires are fantastic I've had them for about 2 years now with 40,000 miles on them and they still have plenty of tred left and I'm hoping to get aloght more adventures out of them. Will definitely buy again. Just maybe after trying a set of KM2s first. Also have these on my 2003 ford ranger 4x4 (265/75r16)

Great Tire!!!
I'm running the 35x12.5 on a 2015 Jeep JK and these things are fantastic off-road!!! I've been through and over some stuff that still amazes me. The road noise is a bit louder than the 32s I was running but it still isn't bad. The tires have about 20k miles on them and I still have plenty of tread left....easily over 1/2. I couldn't be happier with how these perform both on and off road.

Pleasantly surprised!
I put a new set of KM2s on my (2007 Mega Cab 3500) Cummins October of 2015 with the expectation of only getting 20-25k miles. Right at a year later I have nearly 49k miles on these tires and there is 4/32s left. I didn't rotate them for the first 10k, so I went another 10k before rotating again, then every 5-6k miles thereafter. The truck regularly pulls an enclosed trailer with 7-8k lbs of equipment in it and always had even wear as long as I kept the tire pressure right. Fuel mileage ranged from 15-19 mpg unloaded and 10-12 mpg pulling the trailer. I am tempted to run another set of them, but I'm going to run a KO2 for the next set.

Terrible Tread Life
After rotating my tires every 3000 miles and checking the alignment, I got 20000 miles on these tires. The wear is very even so there is nothing to blame but the quality of the tires themselves. I have been a Goodrich and Michelin tire customer for over 40 years but will seriously consider going elsewhere to replace these tires which I must do now with only 20000 on the vehicle these came on.

Great tire
I am very happy with these tires specially of road. Snow, mud, sand, rain I've been comfortable driving with them. Ride comfort is what you would expect from a mud tire, these make much less noise than other mud tires I've had by far.

just bought another set
Fantastic tire . Have a farm in North Florida, have used this tire on our "hunting" truck for 4 years. Lots of mud and creeks, have NEVER had a flat, or been stuck to the point that required more than the winch. Just bought a new set of these amazing tires for our new farm truck. I am sad to here these tires are being discontinued. Had to order from Miami, as no dealer in North Fl. could get them. Hope we are good to go for another 5-6 years.
