The tires excel in off-road conditions like mud, rocks, snow, and ice, providing impressive traction and durability. They also perform well on-road, with good wet and dry traction, though some users note they may wear faster and have a harsher ride when used primarily on paved roads. Overall, the tires are versatile and capable, handling both daily driving and off-road adventures.

much quieter than the old design, was worth the extra $. I actually went 50 miles going flat and made it to where I could get replaced, amazing tire.

Absolutely amazing tire. ...
Absolutely amazing tire. I've ridden on anything from the all-terrain to the original mud terrain but I must say I will not run N another tire other than BFG. Unmatched off road durability and performance coupled with the unbelievably tame and quiet on road characteristics. I even had a deer hit me at full speed in the tire and not even a chip in the sidewall. After selling tires for many years I've never seen an offroad tire ESP mud terrains that last thus long. Everyone around me rides BFG bc of me

I have been using BFG ...
I have been using BFG off-road tires since the introduction of the first All-Terrain's. The KM2's have impressed me in all areas that I am concerned with in a combination street / off-road tire. I drove my TJ from New Mexico to the Rubicon and back after running the trail with no issues. These tires balanced very well mounted on American Racing Baja wheels and stay balanced with little maintenance required in this area. I have experienced even tread wear all the way across the face of the tires with no chunking that has been experienced with other tires. The fuel mileage with a 4.0L, 35" tires and 4:88 gears and 5 spd is a consistent 16-17 mpg on the highway at 65 mph. Last time they were rotated and balanced the tread depth was checked and I was told they had no more wear than would be expected with mostly street use and these have been on many difficult trails since they were put on new when the KM2's were first introduced. I find it difficult to consider any other tire even with the savings of a considerable amount as I feel I would only be disappointed in the long term. I recommend these to anyone who asks and some who don't when I feel they really need to look at something different from their current tires.

BEST MUDDER I'VE EVER ...
BEST MUDDER I'VE EVER BOUGHT. I HAVE 60,000 MILES ON THESE BAD BOYS AND THEY'RE STILL ROLLING SWEET ON THE ROAD. MY GMC IS A HUNT TRUCK ON THE WEEKENDS AND A COMMUTER DURING THE WEEK. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY ANOTHER SET WHEN THE TIME COMES. NO OTHER MUDDER HAS EVER COME CLOSE TO THIS KIND OF MILEAGE. AWESOME.

Great tire! I have a 6 in lift, and I am able to use this tire as an everyday driver with no loss of performance.

I have had two sets of ...
I have had two sets of the KM2s on two different vehicles and they have always performed above my expectations. The tires are good on road, quiet, smooth, easy to balance, and they have good treadlife. Of road they are amazing, I have put them on sandstone, in the mud, and in the deep sand. I run them at very low pressure of road and the sidewalls hold up to some serious abuse. I would highly recomend the KM2. I have had both of the older BFG mudders and have always liked them but the newest generation is the best.

Great in snow, awsome rock climber, pretty good in sand.

I love my KM2's on-road but off road they never stop amusing me. This tire has been the best tire I have ever run on my jeep and it is now my tire of choice and I have convinced and shown many of my friends the same and they to are now KM2 owners.

I am now on my 3rd set of KM2s on my Jeep. the olnly reason im on my thrid set is that i keep going bigger. I had roughly 25k miles on my 35 and they were uses harshly for my 180 mile commute as well as in the rocks of SoCal every weekend. When i removed them they were still over half tread life. These tires wear amazing and preform flawlessly on and off road.
