Review Summary
The tires excel in off-road conditions like mud, rocks, snow, and ice, providing impressive traction and durability. They also perform well on-road, with good wet and dry traction, though some users note they may wear faster and have a harsher ride when used primarily on paved roads. Overall, the tires are versatile and capable, handling both daily driving and off-road adventures.

I like the BFG Mud Terrain KM2 better than teh original KM in most respects except lateral stbility in slippery off camber terrain.

i picked up a set of 35X12.5X15 KM2's acouple years back. At first the tire drove quiet and nice on road (15 miles one way to work) but as they broke in and wore down a little more they started growling like the adverage mud tire. theres nothing adverage thou about how they perform offroad. these tires are great. my truck is a true offroad truck that sees everything from deep mud, rocks, to deeper snow. these tires always perform well and keep me going in when the trail gets gnarly.

I love the tires, only have about 1000 miles on them so far, but they grab anything you want to get over, they are quiet and smooth on the highway, and they are by far the best tire I have ever owned.

I love the B.F. Goodrich Mud-Terrains... I had the 1st Generation Mud Terrains on my 1981 Ford Bronco... I was the 1st to get them in San Antonio, Texas. I know have the 3rd Generation Mud Terrains on my 2003 Z71 Chevy Avalanche. I also had a 1974 Blazer with B.F. Goodrich All Terrains & my 1991 Nissan Maxima had B.F. Goodrich Tires. I would never buy any other brand of tire. I wish I could have a banner in my Ladies Lounge with B.F. Goodrich on it!

KM2 is a bit pricey but the off road capabilities are fantastic. Quiet tire on road although a little softer compound makes wear quicker. But worth the compromise for the off road abilities.

KM2 Rock! they are an aggressive tire, that is quite on the highway. It is hard to find tires that can take some serious abuse and look brand new! Thanks for such a great product! Once you go KM2 you will never go back!

Great tire. Lasted 56000 miles on my step dads FJ. Good tire off road even with 3/32nds left. We live on the top hill and have crazy snow drifts. It just plows through them with these tires. Makes me want a set for my rover.

The improvements made on the KM-2 over the KM are tremendous. The traction in snow as well as the traction on the Moab "slickrock" makes this tire one of, if not the best all around tire for where I like to go in my jeep. Keep up the good work!

This tire has performed great for us on road and off road. I run them on all of our Jeeps and also the trucks.
