Meaty tires. I ran ko2s for years and the hd terrain have way more meat. A little bit louder than ko2s but not bad

The HD-Terrain T/A KT tire has been a game changer for me. I tow a lot with my truck and I have had tire in the post that makes my truck feel like the trailer is driving truck. The HD-Terrain tire fixed that instantly and the traction is GREAT with all of the offroad driving I do. I will definitely be buying them again.

Very happy with the wear. We often carry heavy loads and also tow trailers and the HD Terrains are lasting much longer than previous tires we have used. They ride very good as well. I also like the look.

Great tire for heavy work trucks that tow
I've always had BFG tires on my Jeeps and light pickups, but until now I would never use them on heavier trucks or for towing. After seeing the HD Terrain had an F load range, I decided to give them a try. Now I have almost 5,000 mi on my 305/70R18 HD Terrain tires on a 2025 Ford F350 4x4. The truck has a steel service body and regularly tows a 28' enclosed trailer, but it always feels stable. Off-road traction is excellent as well. Overall I'm very impressed.

BFGoodrich HD-Terrain T/A KT – Outstanding Towing Tires for Our Race Team’s F-350 Fleet
We run a race team and tow heavy race trailers with multiple Ford F-350 trucks (both single-wheel and dually configurations). As soon as the BFGoodrich HD-Terrain T/A KT tires were released, we switched our entire fleet over to them—and we couldn’t be happier. These tires make the trucks feel incredibly stable, even when loaded down with heavy trailers. The enhanced stability is noticeable right away on the highway, reducing sway and giving us much more confidence during long hauls to tracks or events. What really stands out (and amazes us) is the exceptional mileage we’re getting out of them—way better than we expected for such a rugged tire. They’re also surprisingly quiet on the highway, with minimal road noise despite the aggressive tread pattern. BFGoodrich absolutely nailed the design here: you get that tough, capable look and performance without the usual compromises in comfort or longevity. Highly recommended for anyone towing heavy loads with HD trucks—whether it’s race trailers, equipment, or work hauls. These are a game-changer.

Best tire ever!!
These tires have made 3 of our support trucks we use at races in Baja. Full service beds used to sway and feel unstable from the weight. These tires corrected that feeling. They wear great, and work very well off road.

Durability, treadwear, stability for heavy trucks
I have had several different tire brands on my F250 over the course of 23 years. The best tire I found was the BFG KO and KO2, until the HD Terrain T/A was released. The HD Terrain far surpasses the KO2 in durability and wear as it is built to work hard on a heavy truck that sees towing and off road duty. It is a bit more noisy than the KO2, but not as loud as other brands of all terrains I have had on the truck. Traction has never been a problem in sand, rocks, or gravel and the HD Terrain is comparable to the KO2 in the snow. And I should say that the KO2 is the best tire for snow that I have experienced (aside from a dedicated snow tire). When towing a heavy load, the HD Terrain is more stable and adds confidence. Based on wear so far, I don't think I'll be buying tires for this truck anytime soon. Best tire for a HD Truck I have found, hands down.

Most definitely HEAVY DUTY!
Been running BFGoodrich HD Terrain tires on a heavy duty truck that actually gets used. Lots of weight towing bad roads, dirt and desert. They hold up. They do not tear up. They do not wear weird. They do not feel weak once the truck is loaded. I have enough miles on them that other tires would usually be done by now and these are still going. If you need tires for a work truck and you are tired of replacing them early these work. They are tough, they last and they do their job.

Awesome tire!
I installed these on a F150 that I use as a daily driver and also tow a RZR with. I was worried they might be loud for daily driving but they are not at all! They also ride just fine even on the lighter F150. Towing is great and you can feel a difference with it being a more stable tire. So far tread life is great as well and look like they will last a LONG time. 5/5 highly recommend.

Great offroad, haul well in my experience but dangerous on ice
Great tires off road, they handle my heavy diesel work truck with service bed well however these tires don't deserve a winter raring they are terrible one ice and only do well in snow and slush with heavy weight so they can dig. Nearly had multiple accidents with these tires on they were close near misses even at low speeds. Had my truck do multiple 360s doing 30km an hour down an icy hill plus can't stop even on flat ground covered in ice. Looking into grip studs so they actually do something on ice as I need the big tires and deep lugs for snowy logging roads. Definitely weren't all the hype I was expecting and am getting disappointed by the BFG brand.
We’re glad to hear the HD‑Terrain T/A KT performs well off‑road and under heavy loads. We’re sorry to hear about your experience on icy surfaces. A member of our Consumer Care team will be in touch. You can also give us a call at 888-871-4444 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).
