Review Summary
Customers praise the tires for their remarkably quiet highway performance and exceptional traction in wet, snowy, and icy conditions, with many highlighting confident off-road grip on gravel and mud. However, a substantial group reports severe balancing issues requiring multiple attempts and causing vibration above 65 mph, with some needing excessive weight. Several compare unfavorably to the previous model, citing weight penalties and reduced performance. Despite these concerns, most customers consider the traction and quiet ride worthwhile for all-terrain use.

KO3s nothing to say but GARBAGE don't buy not better than KO2s
Had KO2s on both of my trucks for 20 plus years a excellent tire than couple years ago i made a big mistake. I ended up buying KO3s what a waste of money i had 2 alignments done still garbage i took them off my truck what a waste of $2000 . I ended up buying a different brand GENERAL which im having no problems a way better tire than that garbage KO3s start selling KO2s and i might change back .

phenomenal longevity
2nd set of these tires - have the KO2 on the 2023 4Runner and they are on 45+k miles with easily 40% tread remaining. the K03 that i have on the F350 have been great - already taken them on "Primitive" roads and they have been great. noise, handling and traction are phenomenal, especially for a mixed use tire.

Vibrating to nauseous
Just gad new sett put on sierra 3500, horrible vibrations over 45mph. Road force balanced twice still vibrating to point of nausea. Biggest regret ever total waste of money

Impossible to Balance
I cannot get these tires to balance at all. They have been road force balanced 3 times now and vibration still persists above 65 mph. They also make the classic whop whop whop noise at low to moderate speed that is typical of a tire that is out of round or balance. I've never seen a tire take 16 weights on the wheel and still vibrate. Will be attempting to exhange these for a set of Toyo or Nitto like I should have bought in the first place. These are a great looking tire but that's the only benefit.

Garbage
I'm sitting here with two of my friends, we all have K03 tires and different trucks. They all shake the steering wheel at 75 mph despite multiple attempts to balance. We decided they are dogpoop tires. I wouldn't have these tires shoved up my worst enemies butt covered in beach sand. Do better... what a pile of crap these things are. Bruce Wylie

Junk
Complete junk. Out of round, high road force numbers. Won’t balance anything over 65mph and the whole truck shakes. Never again….

Great overall
I’ve been extremely happy with the BFGoodrich KO3 tires. I currently have just over 83,000 miles on this set and expect to get around 85k before replacing them. Most of my driving has been highway miles, and the tread has worn very evenly throughout the life of the tires thanks to regular rotations at every oil change. Performance has been excellent in all conditions. They’ve handled off-road trails, sand, and snow with confidence while still providing a comfortable and predictable ride on the highway. The combination of long tread life, even wear, and all-around capability has made these some of the best all-terrain tires I’ve owned. When it’s time for a new set, I’ll be buying another set of KO3s without hesitation.

The tires lasted 60,000 miles. They would have gone longer if I rotated the tires along with an alignment.

Just bought them a few days ago. So far, I really like these tires.

not good in Florida mud
good strong tire in most ways except in mud, where they perform poorly and they really are not very quiet.
