what I thought was a pretty serious work order on my Pilot. Along with an oil change and general check everything (to make sure my Pilot was ready for winter),
I had ordered a new windshield to be installed. I thought that was a big order to fill in one day! I was assured that this sort of thing is dealt with all the time at Royal Honda. My appointment was scheduled at 8:00 AM. I was on time. I was not expecting that I would be given a courtesy car while the work was done, but sure enough they offered (an I accepted) a very nice vehicle for the day! I got a text at 2:30 P.M. saying my Pilot was ready! and was being detailed and would be ready for me in short order! I drove back to the dealership and all had been done. I was completely satisfied with all work that had been preformed. My experience had been flawless. At Royal Honda…you get the Royal Treatment. Thank You!

I had an exceptional experience at Royal Honda parts and service department.
I had a tire with a sidewall puncture and was pretty sure such damage would not be covered under their tire warranty program as it wasn’t a defect in materials or workmanship. Imagine my surprise when talking to the service department to find out that it was! They scheduled me in, ordered the tire and at the time of the appointment replaced the damaged tire and put the spare tire back where it belonged in the vehicle. This was all done in under 45 minutes!

Yesterday the weather outside was frightful, but inside Royal Honda it was oh so delightful!! They got me in for my regular service appointment 45 minutes early and are always smiling and pleasant! We love going there and we know our vehicle is always getting the best care!

We are from Ontario. We drive a BMW. We had an emergency with our car and the entire team at Royal Honda came forward and delivered .
What a welcome, extraordinary service, and we were sent on our way (Issue solved) with smiles and “we hope to serve you again soon”. We highly recommend Royal Honda, Clinton D’Sousa and his entire team.
