We recently purchased a pre-owned GLC at MB Wpg. I had been browsing around for a GLC for several months and had narrowed it down to 2 options when this (our) SUV came up with the exact criteria we were looking for. Dirk had it listed online who coordinated a test drive within 2 days. We discussed the details, worked out our trade in the deal and by the weekend, we drove our new Mercedes home to Steinbach! From Dirk managing the overall process to Andrew looking after the financials and Daniel looking after delivery and briefing us on the details of options, pairing phones and getting us set up to go, we were amazed at how pleasant this whole event was. Dirk provided a loaner) (cla 250) to get insurance (also recommended insurance agent familiar with MB paperwork) and that literally took 5 minutes! The whole process required some time to complete, but my wife and I truly agreed this was the best experience we have ever had by far purchasing a vehicle. Many other positive details within this experience to mention in this short post, but thanks again guys, the whole team at the dealership, and especially Dirk for all your help! We are loving our new ride!

I had a great experience at the Mercedes service department this Monday Dec 15th 2025. Rey Guina, the Service advisor, did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle when the display showed the engine oil level was too high and the battery was low. I called Rey, and he handled everything professionally and efficiently, which gave me great peace of mind. I would also like to compliment Annie Tao, the product specialist. She was very friendly and took the time to come over and introduce herself to me. Her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel very comfortable. When staff like Annie genuinely connect with customers, it really shows how friendly and positive the environment is.
