Purchased a Chevy Equinox from Mandeep and had a great experience. Mandeep was very knowledgeable and provided quick, excellent service—he did a fantastic job making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I recently came back for an oil change and was warmly greeted again by Mandeep, which really shows great customer care. Overall, excellent service and highly recommend!

My 45 minute job booked a week in advance where the service adviser said anytime nobody else is booked in all week took 5 hours 15 minutes. Just a recall air bag swap they did probably 1000 of, had amazing practice at and should be very quick to do... Typical dealer. Every dealer is the same of any brand dealer isn't worth more than 3 stars. You get all they think you deserve their time is valuable yours is not. They did a good job didn't crack (glass) dash of my old Truck. So the mechanics are amazing support staff are the usual. Also I don't appreciate the AI texts asking me how they did. Call me or don't it was a recall job I did it so I'm insured if I crash. You have what seems like lots of staff. I don't need a robot to ask me if the mechanic who always does a good job did a good job. Of course the mechanic did an amazing job. The administration/support staff was disappointing and I guess robotic. Anyways good work on the recall, disappointed as usual with dealer customer service staff not the mechanics they are the best and red seal qualified and deserve 5 stars just having their qualifications or working hard towards them great mechanical work.

I had a great experience visiting Murray Chevrolet’s service center. When I first reached out to them, they booked an appointment for the earliest available day. I dropped off my car, and they kindly offered me a ride home. After the service was completed, I received a call from James McMahon, who clearly explained the situation with my vehicle and confirmed that everything was fine and ready for pickup. They also offered me a ride back to the service center. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my EV was fully charged when I arrived. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, polite, and professional. Highly recommended!
