I didn't think buying a new vehicle could still be this good!

I needed some work done on my truck, after getting quotes from a couple of places that just didn’t sound right or instil confidence, I hesitated calling a dealership thinking they’re always more expensive… I took the chance called Hometown Ford in Winkler and they were knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary work, and their quote was better than others! My truck runs great and I didn’t overpay!

My car was to have a recalled part replaced. My car was brought back to me saying everything looked good on computer. Driver didn't know if work was done. I sent a text and said" I hope part got changed because my car hesitated " About 15 Min later the driver from Ford came and got my keys and car again. Now not sure when it would be ready. They could have just changed the part .That's what the appt. was for in the first place. What a gong show.

The new Maverick in my opinion is the best handling and driving vehicle I have ever owned. I am so glad I made the purchase at my loal dealer Hometown Ford. I personalized it with decals. The service department is very professional, and Customer Service satisfaction oriented.
