Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have had in my life. Last year, I was hearing rattling/ticking noises from under the engine bay of my car. I took it to the dealership and they could not figure out the issue. They told me that Honda Canada had been sent video samples of the issue and that Yukon Honda would be in touch. I called in to the service department several times over the following weeks and Yukon Honda never got back to me with this supposed update from Honda Canada. A few weeks after that, my engine on a 2017 Honda CRV blew up at 92k.The car had a perfect service history. I got an engine swap through the dealership and spent $10,000 on it. Honda Yukon advised me that the engine would come with a short term warranty covering the first couple of months. This engine starts leaking 9 days after buying it. I went into Honda Yukon and they have refused to honour this warranty. They wanted to charge me around $800 to have the oil pan gasket resealed. This is a job that they botched to begin with. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect an engine that doesn’t leak oil after I paid them $10,000. Especially when the leak starts immediately. The auto start of the car has also stopped working after the swap and the car has an EVAP code. The service department is very sketchy and the service guy advised me that his manager would give me a call after I went in several times. I left several emails, and they were just ignored. I never received a call from them to resolve my issue. I should have just gotten a Toyota RAV4. I would not recommend this dealership for anyone in town, and I am never buying a Honda product ever again in my life.

On my road trip to Alaska, I stopped to change oil and to check the tension of the chain. Two days later, I lost the nut of the rear axle, which means that wasn’t properly torqued when the motorcycle came out from the shop, I was lucky nothing bad happened to me, but that incident could have cost me my life. There is no way you can loose that but just by wear and tear between Whitehorse and Tok. Very disappointed with that incident and the bad service it caused it.

Top notch service and sales. Yukon Honda has been great to deal with across the board. The service department is fair, reliable, and easy to work with. They’ve helped me out on numerous occasions when I didn’t have the time or the repair is beyond my skill set. The sales team has also been solid. No pressure, just straight up helpful and honest. The owner is down to earth and stands behind his business. I wouldn’t hesitate to keep bringing my off road machines here.
