We recently visited Kia Victoria while searching for a new vehicle and spent time comparing different makes and models to find the one that best suited our needs. We ultimately chose a Kia Sportage EX Premium in Heritage Blue, as the red colour was not available in Canada—and we couldn’t be happier with the choice. The Heritage Blue is absolutely beautiful. The staff at Kia went above and beyond to locate a Sportage for us as quickly as possible. It was no easy task, but they managed to find one within just three weeks. Viktor, our sales representative, was outstanding. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. We would gladly work with him again and highly recommend both Viktor and Kia Victoria.

I had an absolutely amazing used car buying experience at Kia Victoria and I feel compelled to profusely thank both Isiah and Jeremy for the way they handled everything from start to finish. I had an excellent experience at Kia Victoria. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and transparent. Viktor, my salesperson, was always attentive to what I was looking for. He really listened to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured, and he was genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle for me. Emily from the finance department was also amazing. She was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly, answering all of my questions in detail. She made sure I fully understood each step and never pressured me into making any decisions. I truly appreciated how she gave me the space to make choices at my own pace. Overall, it was a very positive and stress-free experience. I highly recommend this dealership!

Bought a 2021 electric Kia Soul from Viktor at Kia Victoria and I’m convinced this man deserves a raise. I’d never bought a car from a dealership before and was ready for chaos—but Viktor made it fun. He’s hilarious, honest, and somehow turned it into a stress free adventure. He actually cared about us as people, not just a sale. My husband was thrilled there were snacks (priorities!), and Emily in finance was an absolute pleasure—friendly, clear, and made it all effortless. When it’s time to upgrade, we’ll be back—mostly to see what Viktor’s up to next, or for snacks.

Jonas my sales man is a very good man, he helped me to choose the right vehicle for my daughter without spending too much on car purchase. Emily the finance manager has spent as much time I needed to go through all the specifications of the car and helped me to choose right protection plan for my car. Overall it was great experience with team. Even though another sales man, Victor didn’t have to spend time for my purchase he was one of the reason to not to choose second hand vehicles over new car. Special thanks to Victor as well I understood Kia Victoria did win win deal for me so we both are happy, Thank you Kia Victoria
