Always polite and efficient service. Good waiting area and a short walk to Mayfair shopping centre. Prices creeping up, though. Though my vehicle has been serviced here since purchase, I will do some comparisons in the future.

I had a good experience at Campus Honda, especially with their service department. I came in with an airbag-related issue, and the service advisor Bonnie was very helpful and patient throughout the process. Because I’m not always able to take phone calls while working, she took the time to explain everything clearly by email, which I really appreciated. Her communication was professional and thoughtful, and my concerns were taken seriously. Overall, a positive service experience, and I would recommend this location.

Huge appreciation to Samantha Crites in the service department! She immediately caught a major issue with my Honda Advantage plan that my previous dealer completely overlooked and spent over two hours working with the claims team to fix it. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for customers are truly exceptional. Thank you Campus Honda for setting the standard in customer service. Highly recommended!

I used to really like campus Honda's service department and always too my car there for OEM service, but was recently charged $21 for a leaky cam plug on the cylinder head and $340 for service. This is a 2 minute fix and you can buy the oem part online. Also, its not a huge detriment to the car, but they made it sound dangerous. I have access to a shop now, so won't be taking the car there anymore as i can fix most parts myself. I can't imagine how much they'll be charging to replace parts on newer hybrids once the their warranties are up. The biggest upside of taking your car here is they wash it after.
