We had an exceptional car-buying experience at OpenRoad Subaru Boundary, largely thanks to the incredible support from Jacky and Adrian. Jacky (Sales Consultant) @Jacky Li was hands-down one of the best salespeople we’ve worked with. From the very beginning, he was transparent, patient, and genuinely easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions without rushing us, and never made us feel pressured at any point. What really stood out was how proactive and supportive he was—he helped us negotiate a fair and competitive price, carefully considered our trade-in, and even helped remove the dash cam hardwire for us without hesitation. It truly felt like he was on our side, advocating for us and making sure we were comfortable and happy with the decision. Adrian, who introduced us to the car’s features, was just as impressive. He didn’t rush through a standard walkthrough—he took the time to explain every single feature in detail, making sure we actually understood how everything worked. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and clear, and encouraged us to ask questions along the way. By the end of the introduction, we felt confident using the car and excited rather than overwhelmed. We also want to sincerely thank the team for their kindness and professionalism when things ran late. We were dealing with car insurance until 8:45 pm, well past office hours, yet they stayed with us patiently and never made us feel rushed or inconvenient. My husband and I had a great experience at OpenRoad Subaru by the recommendation of Jonathan W. who works in the Service Department. We were looking for a new vehicle to replace our current one. We had gone to a couple dealerships trying to find the right fit, and Jon recommended us going to Farid in Sales. The whole experience was great! Farid helped us find what we needed. We travelled from Vancouver Island to purchase our vehicle at OpenRoad Subaru Boundary, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional service Farid and the entire team provided. I had an outstanding experience at OpenRoad Subaru Boundary, thanks to Ben and Alfred. Ben went above and beyond from the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented. Moreover, during the test drive, he explained all the features clearly and helped me understand the differences between the models so I could choose the one that best suited my needs. He truly made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I never felt pressured at any moment. Alfred was also amazing because he took the time to guide us through all the warranty details and provided excellent advice on safety and how to best take care of the vehicle. Really, I’m extremely happy with my "Subaru Forester Sport trim" it’s exactly what I was looking for! Both Ben and Alfred provided exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend asking for Ben when you visit the dealership.
