I visited KalTire after visiting Mr Lube on Hastings to get a tire checked for a slow leak. Initially they told me they were fully booked but a gentleman told me he could take a look but it could take 45 minutes. My tire was fixed in less than 15 minutes and did it free of charge. Thank you to these guys.

I accidentally ran over a nail and was in a bit of a panic, so I brought the tire to Kal Tire on Clarke street which was a great experience. The staff at the front desk were very kind, helpful and let me know they could patch it for me that day. When I returned they were able to put the tire back on my car and nicely wrapped up the spare tire. I’m very grateful for their service and if this ever happens again, I know where I’ll be going. Thank you to the staff, you alleviated my stress!

Very friendly staff and super quick service. I booked an appointment for a tire patch (screw inside) and was in and out within 30min. The gentleman that helped me, Richard, was very organized and friendly. 10/10 service!

Always the best service at this location.
When I had tire puncture and there was only one of my tires left at the New West location, they offered to go pick it up over their lunch break to have it ready in the afternoon.
They go out of their way to take care of you, so I'm a customer for life at this location.
