I called Kal Tire and gave them the exact year, make, and model of my vehicle. They told me it was not a problem and scheduled me for an appointment.
I showed up for the appointment and they told me they could not remove the wheel because my wheel lock key was missing. I had to leave, drive to the dealer, and buy a replacement.
I returned to Kal Tire with the new wheel lock so they could finally fix the tire. Only then did they tell me they cannot work on this make and model vehicle.
This was the third interaction before they bothered to mention that they do not service my vehicle.
They could have told me on the phone when I first called.
They could have told me when I showed up the first time.
Do not trust them.

If you want to get your tires changed here just keep in mind they get very stressed out if you can’t pick your car up 90 minutes after they’re finished. I didn’t know this until I arrived and they even suggested that I rebook my appointment, which would have been a big hassle. They don’t have a lot of parking space is the issue. It would be great if this was communicated previous to showing up. Otherwise, they did a good job and I’ve always had a good experience at the terminal location.

always superb, professional service, the team at KalTire have been looking after my cars and trucks for 10 years. Always 5 star service. Today in/out in 20 minutes for a winter tire changeover. Thanks, David

Went in today without appointment, Marco took a look at my car. He was professional and made me felt super welcomed at Kal tires. Just wanna say that theres a reason I comfortably recommend this particular Kal tires branch to my friends, Marco is part of that reason.
