I made the line at 8:15 am, the shop was opened to the public at 8:30 am, I just made the appointment waiting in the line in winter at 9:30 am, they told me to come 2:00 hours after, I came 11:30 am, then they told me to wait another 2 hours after, I waited, then my car's battery was dead, I asked for a boost, they charged17 cads, even with all this I was ok paying the boost, then the girl at the front was rude with me, I told to her: I don't really want any boost because you were rude, the next thing that I know was that they will not gonna change my tires because obviously I was not happy with their attention, I mean.... after waiting 6 hours or more and they just said that they will not gonna give any service to me because they were rude... on top of that one of the workers was challenging me because he hearded what happened whit the boost service, unbelievable, that just happens here at this place, unbelievable

Quick, polite and professional service. Reasonable pricing, and good mechanics. Easy to communicate with, even with my poor French.
