Purchased a GLC from Felicia, and the service was fantastic! She went above and beyond to have it cleaned and detailed along with a gift bag for me and my wife, which we appreciated. Felicia took the time to give us a crash course regarding everything we need to know about the car. The drive from Laval was well worth it for the service you get here compared to the dealers in the city.

I purchased a used B Class from Faylicia in early November after seeing it on their web site. I live 6 hours away so she took a bunch of pictures of it from every angle, even a closeup of a small scratch on the bumper so there would be no surprises, and then had one of her colleagues who is my height sit in it so I could see the head room! Amazing customer service. I dealt with Isabelle for the paperwork side of it and with Faylicia for the sales side and delivery. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had.

We travelled from Toronto to pick up a car they had advertised online.
The transaction was smooth, the car was in excellent condition, all the paperwork was ready and no "surprises" were given to us regarding additional costs to be paid.
