We had an incredibly positive experience with Active Green + Ross. After our vehicle was left undrivable due to improper spark plug installation elsewhere, their team identified the problem quickly, explained everything clearly and provided options at different price points. With their highly skilled technicians they brought our car back to life when we honestly weren’t sure it could be saved. The repair was handled efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. We truly appreciated their honesty, transparency, and professionalism during a stressful situation. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and we’re very grateful for the care and attention they gave us. Highly recommend!

We had a terrible experience at this location (Active Green& Ross 580 Evans Ave., Etobicoke) and will not return for any service. The service representative was dishonest and avoided giving us clear answers. We called at least five times to pick up our spare tire, and every time we were told they needed to “check with the mechanic” and would call us back. We never received a call. This made us believe they repaired our original tires, put them back on the truck, and still billed us for new ones. What happened: Our company service truck was towed in for two rear flat tires. *These tires were almost new, only about a month old. *They told us both tires “needed to be replaced,” even though one had very minor damage (photos attached). *We agreed to replace them for safety reasons, but we asked for the minimally damaged tire to be patched and returned to us as a spare. They agreed—but never delivered on this. Major concerns: *They said new tires would take a while to order because they had none in stock. Yet somehow they installed two “new” tires the same day. *When we picked up the truck, they said they would call us later to pick up our spare because it was “being repaired.” No call ever came, even after 5 follow-ups. After a week of trying, we inspected the tires. The date codes on all four tires were identical, even though our original tires were bought at a different shop a month earlier. How is it possible they obtained “new” tires with the exact same date code? Our belief: *We strongly suspect they repaired our original tires *Reinstalled them on our vehicle *Charged us for new tires *And cannot return the “spare” because it is already back on our truck We have documented everything, including photos, in case there are any safety issues with these so-called “new” tires.

Definition of successfully incompetent. Came in for oil change and rear passenger tire leak. They pulled nail from driver side, not what I came for but ok, thanks. They never checked the rear passenger tire issue but set pressure properly on the other 3x tires that i had slightly over inflated but slow leak unchanged. How devoid of intelegence are your mechanicans to not check all tires? Really bad when the incompetence is verified and not just theoretical. Either your techs are lazy or stupid. Not sure which is worst.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Active Green + Ross. Tony was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle. The work was done quickly and properly, and the communication throughout the process was top notch. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can genuinely trust, but these guys earned it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Raj, Tiziano and their team at the Evans Ave. location of Green and Ross in Etobicoke are top notch. I have dealt with them on many occasions over the past few years and they have always been extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable. The work to be completed is always clearly explained and the job gets done right at a very fair price. I also appreciate their honesty, kindness and support when it comes to sharing ideas about preventative maintenance that saves the customer money. I have referred them to friends and family and they have always been happily satisfied with the experience. If you are looking for a trustworthy auto repair centre, this is the one you need.
