I recently visited this Kia dealership to check out the new Kia K4, and ended up purchasing the K4 EX. My salesman, Harkaran Singh, he was absolutely wonderful. He gave me the best deal compared to Airport Kia and Kia North York. He was polite, responsive, and genuinely tried his best to work within my budget. He even applied early Black Friday offers to help make the price fit. What impressed me the most was the service and communication. We finalized the deal on a Sunday evening right before closing, and I had given him a strict deadline for the car delivery. Despite the tight timeline, he and the team made it happen and delivered the car on time. I was initially confused between the Hyundai Elantra and the Kia K4, but Mr. Harkaran Singh gave me expert advice and shared his knowledge about both cars. That helped me make my decision, and I’m glad I chose the K4. The drive is incredibly smooth and I have no regrets. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Harkaran for anyone looking to buy a car.

I came visited this dealership to check out a couple used cars, and Iv'e been through the run of the mill with dealerships and as-is cars, shady tactics etc. I usually buy private and take my chances but this was like a hidden gem. This was the best dealership experience of my life. I dont say that because the place looks nice or anything I say it because of the rep and team that I was treated with. I was introduced to a younger rep named Julian and was very skeptical at first but this young fellow turned out to know more than me about the car's Ive been buying for over 50 years. From his knowledge about cars to making sure I was comfortable on my test drive to making it a hassle free policy. These volume dealers always have the greatest price but for what is usually a tactic this was genuinely an amazing car with no fluff. I was not forced to buy any protections and was in an out of the dealership in 38 minutes. The management team of Siddharth and JJ made sure I got an amazing car and even gave me a free oil change because it was for my sons first car. Wow. This is how a place should be ran. Reps like Julian and people like JJ and Siddharth have flipped my perspective on Sales people in general. I dont normally write reviews but If you are ever looking for an AS-IS or NEW car, make sure to have Julian help you out. The best part was I was updated throughout my whole buying process and picked up the car within a week. Me and my wife have had no issues with safetying it either and walked out with my carfax in hand. 10/10 427/QEW KIA. 10/10 Julian Matsievski

Harkaran Singh is one of the best car dealers I’ve ever dealt with. He is honest, professional, and genuinely tries 100% to give the best possible deal. He takes time to explain everything clearly and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and transparency.
