Our first time at Great North GM. My husband and I were very impressed with the friendly staff. Our salesman, Joel was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. Charges over $100 for a tire patch. Service manager is rude, and was no help at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OTHER CAR DEALERSHIP HAS BETTER PRICES AND SERVICE.

If I had it to do over I would never buy a vehicle from Great North, once you sign the papers the attention stops, I've phoned them twice and they were of no help, couldn't even give me phone numbers. The salesman never phoned me at all to see how I was liking the vehicle. I guess I paid 70 thousand dollars to walk back and forth to work. Very very disappointed with them. Go buy some other place anyway but here.
