Frank and his crew were amazing! We had a flat tire, got towed with our travel trailer to the shop and invited to spend the night in the yard. First thing this morning, the flat was fixed, reinstalled, and we are on our way. No charge! Exceptional hospitality for two gals from BC. Great example of Cape Breton generosity and caring. 🥰🥰

Island Tire is great to work with. They are quick, friendly, and super efficient. They treat their customers well and make a real effort to support other local businesses too, which says a lot about who they are. A reliable crew that makes the whole experience easy.

Needed a bent rim replaced. Frank and the boys did that in a jiffy and then charged me $20 less than quoted. thanks!

very long service time.. workers walking one after another .. smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee ... and the work is standing still .... no respect for customers ....

I've been to this shop multiple times, no issue. I had an appointment I booked over the phone on April 30th for today, and when I show up I'm told not only do I not have an appointment, I don't have an account, no record of me on file. Just a sorry go home and book again.
Really frustrating that I'm on studs that are passed changing time and just oops o well out the door.
