For what it is worth, probably not a lot to most of you but stay away from Macintyre Chevrolet in Sydney. The inadequacies in their customer service is just deplorable. How they can get away with the things in customer service they do and to stay in business is well beyond my comprehension. I had an appointment for 10am today and after waiting 3.5 almost 4 hours they still had not finished with the seasonal tire change - over. I noticed my sales person, from when I bought the car in August of this year and simply stated if he had any idea how long tire changes take (as the service advisor who booked my appointment stated could take up to 2 hours, so I was prepared for that) when I asked him this question stating “I have been here for going on 4 hours” his response was “you and everyone else” and kept walking away. He then walked by another customer waiting and stopped to talk with him as the customers watch caught his attention. I then went and sat down and I think he (my sales person) could see the frustration in me and then asked if I had somewhere to be! I said yes actually I do. He did arrange for me to have a car but I could tell he was annoyed. Trust me nothing compared to my fruatration from his response of “you and everyone else” and the length of time it was taking to get the tires changed over. So, i went to my next appointment and came back in 1.25 hours and the car appeared to be ready for me outside as i was pulling into the parking lot. So i went inside, paid and came out to what, the wrong tires were put on it. I was soo mad and did call Chevrolet Canada to lodge a complaint. (Not that it will go anywhere). This is not the only issues I have had in customer service from MacIntyre Chev in Sydney NS. I will never buy from here again.

I had an appointment to have an oil change. Got the appointment within a week of calling for one. Dropped my car off and had it back in exactly the quoted time. Great service fast and respectful staff.

My experience at your dealership was Awesome 👍 Why,Mo is the man.I know that I did not trade in my Truck.But Mo was not the reason,You guys are very luck to have a very nice man.Mo is very good at his job and is a Asset to your Team.When I do look to trade,Mo will be the man I call.Thanks Mo.Ya...you are going to ask why,well me personally don't believe that select customer workers should get rebates and customer that work all their life's to built what they have are not included in rebates that you guys offer.Like I said you guys should review your policy.Don't get me wrong I Love GMC serive and my truck.I normaly don't give my opinion, I worked Retail.But Mo is the man,Thanks Blaise MacCormick.
