Firstly I would say, the person who was sitting at the front desk had a very peaceful aura. Loved the way he greeted.
Secondly, I got new all weather tires from this shop. My car was well taken care of according to my scheduled time. I asked for alignment as well and now it’s perfect. Tyres have very less road noise which is way better than previous tyres for which I am very happy.
The shop offers a lot more (free tire rotation, fixing tire within warranty and much more).

I had the coolest experience at Country tire in Surrey today we drove from Vancouver to replace my rear tires. We dropped off the car. Ryan called us 10 minutes later and said that he fixed my tire it had debris stuck in the valve stem, causing it to leak and even though my tires were a couple years old there was no mileage on them and he couldn’t in good conscience sell new tires to a guy who still had new tires. So cool anyways I told him I’d be back when I got Iroc rims and we can put new tires on those lol but this place is definitely worth for me the trip from Vancouver and for people who live in the area even better.

I bought a set of used tires the other week, but before picking them up, Marko noticed a bulge in one of the used tires and had his team immediately swap two of the tires out for replacements. Him and his team were great at making sure I was well sorted as quickly as they could. They are very thorough and professional. I’d highly recommend dealing with Country Tire; you won’t be disappointed.

Honest and kind! I used to get tires here when I lived around the corner so made the trip from Vancouver to replace my winter tires today. Marco called me shortly after dropping off my car sharing that my current winter tires were fine - just needed a rotation! I so appreciate the honesty and integrity to not sell me tires when my current ones were fine for at least another season! Will definitely keep coming back ☺️

I went to Country Tire because of their good reviews. I had tires on my car that still had a lot of life in them but they were terrible in the rain. Country Tire staff was friendly and professional. They researched the possible tires that could fit my car with an unusual tire size and ordered in a set for me. The tires arrived in a few days and the installation was quick and well done. The alignment was far better than before and the new tires are fantastic in the rain! The price I paid was fair market value and less than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone.
