After moving some of my sons belongings to comox from Alabama,leaving the ferry from the island my 05 f350 lost the oil pressure switch. They cleared a bay and went right to work on diagnosing and replacing it even made room for my trailer in cramped quarters. Lacy was super helpful in getting this done. Thanks to them for getting me on the road in a few hours and they even cleaned off the oil mess

Buying a new vehicle these days is typically not an easy decision or process. Additionally, dealing with a new brand and dealership often leaves me feeling concerned about whether or not I am getting a fair deal, or am I getting railed on the prices.
My wife & I decided we wanted a new pickup truck to tow our boat and be able to go off-road. Lets be honest - prices on trucks these days is absolutely insanely expensive and saving money where possible is important!
I had decided on a Ford truck but was unsure which model would best fit our needs. Since we live close to the Ocean Park Ford dealership, I decided to go check out their selection. When I went into the showroom, I was greeted by Brad Hofstad. He was very welcoming and helpful. I explained what I was looking for and he took time to show me some of their trucks and explained the differences. Long story short, within the week I purchased a fully loaded 2025 Ford F-150 "Tremor" edition! Brad was exceptional at getting me what I was wanting for a vehicle and within my budget. I don't think I have had this easy of a car purchase out of the 16 vehicles I have owned! Everyone involved at the dealership was super helpful. Krishnie in the Business Office was great and found the right protection plans for my truck. Brad's daughter, Hannah works with him and is excellent at making sure their customers are given top level service.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in and meet Brad, you won't be disappointed!

Previously, I dealt with Dams Lincoln in Langley and have found with new ownership that is not a place that invites its customers with any kind of consideration or respect
Having moved to Ocean Park Ford I continue to be amazed on how friendly, helpful and willing to work with their customers for a very satisfactory outcome. Dealing with the service department and Rich in the front of the business is just a few of the reasons I would recommend this dealership.

They are great to deal with, pleasant, accommodating and easy to deal with. Answered all my questions and I was out of province when I bought and all paperwork was electronically sent to me, very easy. Highly recommend them for someone looking for a new or used car or truck.

I had my car serviced last Saturday, and Lacee helped me throughout the process. She made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. I was waiting for parts that needed to be replaced, and she made sure everything was completed on the same day, which I really appreciated. She even asked if I needed a shuttle to go back home—such a thoughtful gesture. It was a great experience overall, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Also for the car wash, they did amazing job. Highly recommend!
