I took my truck to Dale's for new brakes, new rotors, and a new parking brake line. Another shop looked at my truck multiple times and still couldn’t fix the parking brake, Jameson nailed it in one try. I also was able to get a loaner car which made everything super convenient.
My truck feels great now, and the whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend here for anyone who wants the job done right the first time! Now I can get back to hitting the back roads 😁

After extensive research on the best place in Western Canada to get a lift kit installed into my Toyota 4Runner, I chose Dales. I drove 1200 km’s from Alberta because Dales knows Toyota’s! They install over 150 Toyota lifts per year. They are the most knowledgeable and best equipped shop anywhere. Their prices were competitive, their service excellent and their quality second to none.
I got the 3” Ironman lift plus two sets of wheels for summer and winter. The Method wheels and KMC wheels look amazing!
I highly recommend Dales to anyone who wants the best parts, best quality and best service. These guys absolutely know what they are doing.

Dales Auto Service was an excellent experience from start to finish. They did some rear end work tires & an alignment on my boyfriend’s vehicle. We were recommended to Dales for the alignment based on reviews and their thoroughness. We never understood the actual value of an alignment until we came to this shop. The attention to detail is unmatched. They didn’t just align his car they made it drive like it was brand new. Every concern was handled with expertise. No questions were left unanswered. We will never go back to another shop for an alignment ever again. We have found our forever shop. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring work on their vehicle & if you haven’t already checked out their reviews they’re amazing

I really appreciate when the owner, Dale answers the phone in the morning! This shop has been taken care of my 1996 Dodge ram for quite a while now we are restoring it when things fail and I don’t trust anybody else but Dale’s to get it there. The video reports are awesome and their service reports are amazing. I just have to read them.

My car is only getting serviced by Dales and I definitely recommend going there if you care about your car. The level of expertise is unmatched, they know what they’re doing, they’re transparent and not just work on your car but play a good role at also educating you about it. Why do you need this over that? You know you’re gonna get things done right. They are passionate about cars and you can tell by the quality of work and effort they put into it.
