I've had nothing but great experiences at Centennial Honda. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. When I go into the dealership, I feel like they are focused on treating me fairly and creating a long-term customer. Great job Ernie and team!

Is it worth the drive to Summerside, indeed it is----straight to CENTENNIAL HONDA. What a great experience my wife and I had once again. We hadn't been there for a few years but when we needed a replacement vehicle we tried a few other places but none can compare to the friendly personalized service we received from Steve and his team.Upon arriving at the brand new dealership Steve greeted us at the door and introduced us to his team and the rest is history. Very reasonable pricing, excellent experienced sales team and a really great product.

I will never go anywhere else to service my HRV!!! Centennial Honda is like going to your "Happy Place"!!! The staff that great you make you feel like you belong and go above and beyond to support your needs. I bought a car second hand from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP in Summerside and the things that I was told they would make sure were fixed before I drove off that lot would be completed. Well if it wasn't for the team at Honda that actually made that happen instead, I would have been paying a lot more for that car. The dealership I bought my car from did not fix or complete any of the things properly and each time I brought it to Centennial they were the ones who actually fixed it. I also asked the dealership that I purchased my HRV from if there happen to be a remaining warranty left on the vehicle and the dealership said NO there wasn't. To low and behold find out from Centennial that there actually was a warranty still remaining on the HRV!! I was so grateful for this information and "again" the other dealership was not thorough, possibly didn't even look, and I had now purchased another warranty from them. After discovering about the warranty, then having Centennial Honda give me information on it, plus all the things Honda made sure were fixed, before this warranty ran out!! I never did anything with the other dealership I purchased my 2nd hand HRV from, ever again!! Centennial Honda also went over the parts that the other dealership said they "fixed" and had re-replaced all of them. Honda could have, if they wanted, not inform me about the left over warranty and charged me for everything, which would have been in the thousands and they were "top shelf" above board and above and beyond! I could have cried in the end because it would have cost me a small fortune! I also had a rattling noise that I heard in the HRV the day I took it for a test drive, from the other dealership I bought it from!! I mentioned it to them prior to purchase and was told that they couldn't find anything that was making the noise. WELL AGAIN Honda Centennial found the problem!!! I'll leave a picture of what they discovered in my HRV that the other car dealership could not!!! I WAS SHOCKED!! Lets just say, I will never go to that "other dealership" ever again for anything!!! THANK YOU CENTENNIAL for saving me and being who you are!! CHECK OUT "THE RATTLE" PIC THE OTHER DEALERSHIP COULD NOT FIND THAT CENTENNIAL FOUND IN MY ENGINE!!!

I have brought my new 2026 C-RV in twice. Once just to get clarification on the oil change interval and again to address a software update notice. Both times I was greeted cheerfully and my concerns were promptly addressed. They have a nice showroom integrated with the service wait area.
