I want to recognize the outstanding service I have received from my Acura Desjardins dealership.
From the moment I purchased my vehicle, Sales Manager Marco Vitti was exceptional. His welcoming attitude, professionalism, fairness during negotiations, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. He treated me with courtesy and respect, ensured all my concerns were addressed, and truly made me feel like a valued customer.
This week, I had to contact the dealership again after my rear window suddenly shattered while parked — a known issue with this model. Service Manager Kevin Zhigilov was absolutely incredible. Despite the vehicle being out of warranty, he did not hesitate or make excuses. He quickly approved a full replacement of the rear window at no cost, showed real empathy for the situation, and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. He also arranged transportation, providing me with a lift home and pickup afterward, which made a stressful situation much easier.
I also want to thank Sarah and Maria from customer service, who coordinated everything from the initial phone call. They were professional, courteous, clear in their instructions, and genuinely kind throughout the process.
It is rare to encounter this level of integrity, empathy, and customer care. This team went above and beyond at every stage — from purchase to after-sales support. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering an Acura.

Untrustworthy and scammer.
I bought my first Acura TL from this company. As the car seller knew it, I was young, no experience, etc. They charge me $900+ than the original price advertised.
The financial adviser scam me again by lying that if I take antirust option, he will do the antirust right away and give me a good discount. So I said yes I want. Truely, the antirust were already done by previous owner. So he scammed me.
