Each and every time I have ever brought my vehicle in for service and maintenance and repair, I have felt truly valued and appreciated to the point that because my experiences have been so positive, professional, and exceptional, I have bought and will continue to buy my next vehicle from Baril Ford here in St Hyacinthe. I initially came to Quebec from Ontario and have never desired to do any business from the dealerships of my previously owned vehicles but at Baril Ford, they have a Service Manager by the name of Melanie who is not only incredibly knowledgable and professional who speaks english maybe even better than I do which is helpful for me but she truly is an asset to the Baril team and has made me feel like a valued and preferred customer.

It's a terrible dealer to work with. I made an appoint with them to check a car. They called me few hours before my appointment to remind me my appointment time and I told them I'm on my way and I'm coming from Montreal, by the time I got there they told me we sold the car the night before. I said, if you sold the car the night before but why when you called me in the morning didn't say anything and their reaction was just SORRY. I think, they don't respect their own business first and customer second.

The managers go out of their way to greet you and make sure that you are having the best experience. By far the best dealer I ve had.
