He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. I never felt pressured, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Amazing experience with Deklin at Sherwood Toyota. He replied to my inquiry quickly and had me driving home the same day. He dealt with my budget, sent a video, and negotiated fairly. When I arrived he was ready to go, took me on a test drive and had everything ready for me. He made my vehicle buying experience great and has kept in touch following up asking genuine questions and providing expedited solutions to any issues or questions. Love my truck. After months of waiting, my Cross finally arrived! Logan was communicative throughout the whole waitlist process. Taya in finance was great. Also, thank you Yadiel for helping us out with the features and such! I did not feel pressured at all and everything was explain clearly. Highly recommend, great service :)

My husband and I just bought a Toyota Tundra from Sherwood Park Toyota and we had an incredible experience! We drove 5 hours from Saskatchewan and it was well worth it. We went to the dealership ready to buy but unsure of how things would work with our current situation. The salesman Varun was awesome, he really listened to what we wanted and our concerns and advised us of our options. We were new to the Toyota brand, Varun took the time to explain the different trim levels and all the options and showed us multiple trucks. He was very knowledgeable! We found a truck that was perfect for us and once we got to finance A.Mousa was also excellent! He listened to what we needed and made it work for us. We were now ready to hit the road in style; Varun took us through how to use all the options in our new truck and walked us through how to setup the Toyota app and showed us how to use it. We will definitely be repeat customers and have already passed on contact details for the dealership and Varun. We felt well looked after and feel this treatment will continue down the road for maintenance.
