The worst service I’ve received in my Life , they’re keeping my car for more than a week and they don’t want to provide me of a loaner car, after i specifically told them that I’m not from Sherbrooke, I’m here alone with a kid, i need to go to work to be able to pay the freaking car but they don’t care, they kept on telling me that they have Courtesy véhicules available.and i I have àn extented warranty. wonder if i was white with blue or green eyes they would’ve treat me differently Their customer service people has no respect for their clients , it’s like once they done selling you a car , they don’t wanna deal with you no more but then you’re still paying for warranty. I called several times and requested to speak to the director , i‘ve been told that he will call me back when he has time . Meanwhile I’m in the process of loosing my job because i can’t get to work , I’m very frustrated with that situation, i will never recommend this brand to noone .

The team who served me all deserve 5 stars! I was not sure if I wanted to buy new or used so I met with Jean in the used dept. and Alexandre in the new car dept. As a member of the minority English-speaking community I cannot express how meaningful it was that each of them took the time to explain things in English and when possible to provide me with English language materials. When making a big purchase it can be overwhelming to do so when we dont fully understand, so you have all of my appreciation! Both were so patient with me and really let me move at my own decision making pace. My hat is also off to Nicolas who took time to answer my questions as well. When I finally made my decision to purchase, the dealership had someone who was able to communicate with me in English contact me for the finance dept piece as well. Here there were more decisions to make and I cannot express how important and meaninful it was to understand on my part. Thank you to Pascale from financing who invited me to call him as often as I needed to (and as it turned out I did have a lot of questions and took him up on that!) Thank you thank you thank you. I hope others are as fortunate as I have been and get to have such an excellent service. If I could have, I would have bought a car from each of these fine staff members.

Bad service. I had an exchange with Bianca, I don't inderstand why the information they tell us by phone is not the same as when you go up there. I have wasted hours of my time because the organization in here is bad. I do not recommend.

From the moment I stepped into their dealership I felt welcomed. All my questions were answered, even after a few phone calls and emails. I felt like a valued client which meant a lot after having been to a few others in town where I did not get the same service. I highly recommend this dealership & Alexandre B. as your sales associate. *He is bilingual as well!!
