Made an active offer on a car (full listing price), requested a sales contract twice, and a video of the suspension.
Blown off by sales and told less than 24 hours later that it was being shown to another customer.
Sales doesn't operate in good faith, and appears to not take genuine interest seriously.

Where do I even begin. Worst service ever, I would NEVER recommend VW Estrie. I received a letter about a call back for my Jetta TDI.
Calling VW to make an appointment is already a headache to begin with. But when it comes to repairs concerning a call back, theyre in no hurry. I call to make an appointment 1 day after receiving the letter, the man I spoke with was super rude on the phone saying I shouldn't be calling for an appointment during this time because its "tire season" and hes fully booked. So he gives me an appointment 1 month later. Fine. 2 weeks before my appointment, he calls me back to cancel it. Still too busy because of "tire season" . Been driving for 2 months with no heat, thanks volkswagen, yall really suck!

I purchased a used EV from this dealer and there was a number of problems. I requested they ensure the vehicle was fully charged as I had a long drive home. The car was only 60% charged when I arrived making my trip home longer than necessary. Additionally there was a large stone chip in the windshield. Furthermore they sold me the car with summer wheels and tires that DO NOT fit the vehicles bolt pattern and have a dangerous sidewall plug. They ensured me they would fit before I signed the paperwork. They refuse to make it right, they expect me to drive back 450km to pickup a replacement rather than delivering them or covering the cost. I would never buy anything from here.
