Took my vehicle for repairs. They fixed my car well. However, I also got free vehicle inspection and diagnostics; as well as brake change recommendations. Great service!! Glad I was able to book an appointment to get a full range of services.

my wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Midas for almost 10 years, and continue to do so because of the exceptional service we receive. We have always received a full breakdown of the required repairs before any decisions are made, and we have never been pressured to proceed with repairs we didn’t feel prepared to make. Despite being very busy, they have always attended to our vehicles in a timely fashion, and a few times where that hasn’t been possible due to staffing shortages or equipment breakdowns, they have been extremely apologetic and I have no qualms giving them my continued business.

A helping hand dealing with a cross country break down. The great team got my Mazda Truck up and running quickly after being towed in from another local dealer. Other major dealers in the area could learn a lot about Customer Service from the Midas team at this location. Great work at a fair price.

Midas has changed ownership recently, but we still receive the same great service. The staff tell us what is going on, no BS, and always call or send an estimate before proceeding with any work that needs or is recommended to be done. We haven't been jerked around when declining recommended but not necessary services (like brakes), our car hasn't been held hostage due to "safety concerns", and we've never felt like they are finding extra things to be done just so they can charge us more money. In fact, most of the time they've gone out of their way to find ways to SAVE us money, even sending us elsewhere for a radiator job when they knew the other place could do it cheaper and faster. Nothing but praise for Midas coming from us!
