I had an excellent experience at Merlin Ford Lincoln.
Jeff handled my purchase with professionalism and I truly appreciate how transparent, and straightforward he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. There was no pressure just honest communication and solid customer service. He really made the whole experience smooth and stress free.

I had a fantastic experience with Merlin Ford Lincoln! We previously had a 2023 Grand Cherokee, but since we needed a larger vehicle, the Chevy Tahoe caught our eye. Irfan responded quickly, and I instantly fell in love with the way it drives and the spacious cargo area. Chris from finance also kept us updated throughout the process. This was hands down the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We worked with Josiah at Merlin Ford Saskatoon, and the difference was honesty and integrity from start to finish.
Josiah wasn’t pushy, sleazy, or full of sales pressure. If he didn’t know an answer, he said so and made sure to get the right information. He gave us time, respected our decision process, and genuinely focused on helping rather than selling.
