Me and my wife really had a good service when we went there to try a crosstek and a forester. The sale representative was really nice with us and provided us a lot of Information on the cars we wanted to test drive. The place was very clean. The sale representative wasn't pushy and took good care of us. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to purchase a subaru vehicle.

I really appreciate the excellent service from Nancy Leclerc. She always helps me get a fast appointment whenever I have an issue with my car. Nancy is professional, friendly, and efficient — it makes every visit to the Subaru dealer a smooth experience. That’s all we want as customers: to be treated fairly and well. We’ve been their clients for 5 years now, and I’m already thinking of staying with them for my next car.

Went to shop for a new car, asked for the the price of the car that was in the showroom. I was willing to take that car same day. I asked for the total price of the car in the showroom but the salesperson asked me how much I wanted to pay per month, I asked for the price of the car but was not given all the details. Then he asked me if I had a trade in and I told the salesperson that the car I have presently I bought it from their dealership and told him that no one services the car but Ste Julie Subaru. He asked a sales manager to evaluate the car and he came back with a ridiculously low price and told me that I had to have the brakes done on my car. I told him he obviously did not look at the work done on my car because the brakes were redone about 6 weeks prior, in Ste Julie Subaru’s service department. I do not appreciate dishonesty in a dealership. I was looking to be a repeat customer but am not certain any more
