Waited for 3 weeks for a simple mvi appointment and it was booked in for a 7:30 am appointment and they took almost the entire day to do nothing to my car and tild ne he will do his best and I wanted to file complaint the service advisor told me to go to Toyota when I was at Lexus....the place is empty of employee's too, how do you even operate a business this way or sell a car probably have call to Toyota at that point you should go to Toyota case way more people are there to help thats for sure cause this morning I was going to by a Lexus 5 hours later no thanks!
Poor comucation, poor time management, poor customer service, results losing cxs bye 👋

I drove several hundred kilometres expecting the dealership to be open based on regular posted hours and the lack of any visible holiday closure notice. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the dealership was closed.
I understand holiday schedules can change, but there was no clear notice on Google, voicemail, or social media to flag the closure. Given the distance many customers travel in Atlantic Canada, clearer communication around holiday hours would be really helpful and would prevent unnecessary trips.
Sharing this so others can plan accordingly.

An excellent dealership with very helpful,courteous,knowledgeable staff. My purchasing process with Jared and Chris was a professional and a most pleasurable experience. I've previously had great service at Saint John Toyota and Preferred Collision so I anticipated Lexus of Saint John would also be exceptionally good with the added plus of Lexus Luxury! I recently had a little issue with my NX 450h+ (of my own making) and called service at 2:00pm on a Friday afternoon,Joe got me into service right away and my problem was promptly resolved,thanks Joe!

My vehicle is more than 5 yrs old and I needed to update my MAPS and was given a price for the SD card and was told it would be another $180 to install and was told they had to install it. Contacted O'regan Lexus in Halifax and was able to get the SD card and install myself(which took 5 minutes) I then recently reached out again to Saint John for some information needed from the manufacturer and got no response after three weeks, so I again tried Halifax Lexus who responded and got me the answer in less than 20 minutes. I had contacted Saint John Lexus first as this is where I purchased my vehicle, but will have nothing to do with them now.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Peter in the sales department at Lexus, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He helped me trade in my 2016 Lexus for a 2021 NX300, and he really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
Peter was helpful, kind, respectful, patient, and informative throughout the whole process. As a female shopper, I’ve encountered my fair share of dismissive or condescending treatment at other dealerships, but that's never been the case there.
I want to give a shoutout to Jared, who was also very helpful and great to work with on financing and paperwork. They both made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
This is the 3rd used Lexus I’ve purchased from this dealership, and I keep coming back because they consistently treat me better than anywhere else. Thank you both for helping me get into my new SUV, I'm loving it.
