I live 10 minutes from this dealership and this my third mazda buying this year. I always come to this dealership and leave to buy from a mazda dealership that is an hour away due to lack of transparency and very low ball offer on the trade. I showed the offer I had from another mazda dealership to the sales person. His answer was well go buy it from there then. That being said service department is good. I recommend buying your mazda elsewhere and service it at this location

Nice service from Raphel. Very co-operative. I came from Toronto and he helped me a lot. He sent me all videos and phots before and during the pick up everything was ready.

Very poor service of the dealership.
I went from a long way from Montreal there to buy a Honad Accord while the dealer (Martin) told me that the car is in the perfect mechanical condition and all inspections have been done. In the last minute I found that there is problem in the engine and asked the reason after two days they told me that the motor has a big problem and they waste three hours of my time and money to arrive there to find the problem is their engine.
I worked as a free of charge technician because of poor inspection of the car by their technician and even the dealer was not sorry to waste my time and he (Martin) told us that you saved the money of the car.
Really what would happened if I bought this car with a big problem in the engine.

Called for a potential warranty repair. Very courteous and accommodating while managing my expectations. Arrived and they treated my appointment on time while managing expectations. They even lent me an office to work in. Leaving here an hour earlier than expected with the work done and smile. Thanks!
