The front desk is very nice and customer oriented. But the mechanics are lazy and entitled. I went for a tire change and asked them to single out the damaged tire (nail in tire). Literally to just mark it so I can get it fixed and they didn’t do it. When I asked again at the end, they said « it’s too late, we will see it when we change it back in winter »… the front desk was willing to come mark it but at that point I just wanted to leave.

Called today for today for a steering wheel alignment because most of the Garages in Montreal were full, I got a appointment the same they drove all the way from Montreal. I was very satisfied with their service.I would be coming back for more of your service in the future. Thank you.

The service does not speak English.
You shouldn't go there if you don't speak French. They don't even try to speak English on the service. I feel sorry for these people...It looks like they never go to America...
as a result, customers pass by...

Came to do a wheel alignment . i was told a price by phone from the receptionist for a wheel alignment . Upon going to pick up my vehicle the price was way more than i was told . Very disappointed as i did mention to the rude manager that was there that i was told a certain price but he didn't seem to care and just argued back . First time going to do a wheel alignment there and it will be the last . The manager should really consider in listening and being sympathetic to customers instead of arguing back.
