I recently purchased a 2022 Tiguan from Volkswagen Saint-Bruno and overall had a positive experience.
Samuel did an excellent job presenting a wide range of vehicles that matched my needs and budget. He was professional from the initial welcome to the final selection. Julien handled the financing process clearly and efficiently. Alexandra explained the extended warranty and protection products thoroughly, understood that they did not fit my needs, and did not pressure me which I truly appreciated.
The only area that needs improvement is the vehicle delivery. Unfortunately, Catherine handled the delivery in a very rushed manner (about 15 seconds), without explanation of the vehicle’s interior and exterior features. A more detailed walkthrough would have made the experience complete.
Overall, a good and professional experience. I would recommend them, with improvement needed at the delivery stage.

I recently had the pleasure of acquiring a lovely 2019 BMW X1 at this dealership
This came , after approx 2 weeks of searching, dozens of messages and phone calls to other dealerships. In the end, I chose this dealership, mostly due to how easy it was to deal with Yves-Christian Rutayisire
My criteria for executing on the platform was strict, and Yves met each and every one of my conditions: 25k trade-in on my 2018 X3 M40i, winter tires on the X1, easy pre-purchase inspection at a local garage
His communication skills were perfect, he kept me in touch as required as we moved closer to delivery day, and I was fully aware of what was required along the way
I arrived Friday Jan 30, 2026 around 530 pm - a bit early, and the entire process was completed in less than hour. It was a pleasure to meet Yves in person
I also had a great experience with head of used care sales Alex, the receptionist and the woman who did the final paper work
I would recommend VW St Bruno to any of my friends who are searching for a new or used car

Easy access to the garage, friendly and efficient welcome for a winter tire installation.mwas told 1,5 hours to completion and it was exactly that. Only issue is it was hard to find my car in the very full parking lot but then my sales rep Stephanie helped me. Awesome!

Never felt like a valued customer at St-Bruno Volkswagen. It was much better when it was run by Niquet. Had an appointment with sales person this evening and she was late without any explanation or idea when she'd be free, so I left. I wouldn't buy another car there.

Had one of the best dealership experiences here with Sam and Lea. Was trading in my Golf for Atlas and got really good appraisal value. There was absolutely no haggling involved in the process. They did offer some upsell products such as alarm system and extended warranty but were honest and not pushy about it. The Atlas was in a great condition and it looked like they even did a service and oil change before the sale.
