Buying a car is not as easy as 1-2-3. I feel it's easier to buy a house than buying a new car. As a real estate advisor, I often promote my value proposition for my buyers and sellers, landlord and tenants. We help people buy or rent their homes. In my purchase experience with Go Richmond... I hope I had a "car buying advisor" to help ME. Unfortunately the dealership is certainly not on your side. They serve their best interest, not mine. I understand... it's business. I wish there is a car buying advisor, like a realtor, to help me ... with selection process, in negotiation, in reviewing the paperwork and getting the deal DONE. In the end, we got a deal ... I wish it was smoother. Still, I appreciate Turner Lee... a superstar sales at Go Richmond. thank you.

Disappointing experience due to lack of disclosure We purchased a Honda CR-V 2023 from this dealership in November 2025, and unfortunately our experience has been disappointing due to important non-disclosures. At the time of purchase, we were not informed that the vehicle came with cheap winter tires instead of appropriate all-weather tires, which was something we had specifically asked about. After purchase, we were offered a 500 cad credit to replace the tires, but upon getting quotes, the cost to replace all four all-weather tires is close to 1,800 cad, leaving us to pay a significant amount out of pocket. This does not feel fair given the lack of transparency at the time of sale. We also discovered that the rims/wheels are aftermarket, which was never disclosed. This impacts the overall value and market price of the vehicle, and knowing this upfront would have affected our purchasing decision. Learning this afterward makes us feel that we paid a price that did not accurately reflect the car’s true condition and components. Additionally, the vehicle had wheel caps, one of which had a crack at delivery. Our salesperson was informed, and we were told it would be addressed, but no replacement has been provided to date. We have retained the cracked wheel cap as proof. We expected better communication and transparency from a dealership. This experience has left us feeling misled.

Raiden helps us through to get the best deal for one of our dream cars. We shop around to see what each Jeep location has to offer, and he beat everyone, and my wife and I were so happy about it. He is one of the most helpful people that we have ever met. Probably 3 days of texting and calling back and forth, but he is still professional and pleasant. I would wholeheartedly recommend Raiden if you guys are looking for a car from Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram. 6/5 stars!!!!
