Excellent experience with Deepak at Capital GMC I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Terrain, and I had a great experience at Capital GMC Buick Cadillac. I purchased my Hyundai Elantra 2019 from this dealership, ever since the car has always been serviced from them. I had my car got in for usual service a couple weeks ago ( Sept 24,2025). I drove to Winnipeg on October 9th. The next morning when I drove my car, it suddenly got broken down and left me stranded in the middle of the street. Had to call towing service to a repair shop. Next thing I got to know is there was no oil and no coolant in the car that made the engine shut down. I could’ve never imagined that even after regular checks on my car, I have to face these consequences. It has been only a couple weeks that I had the service done. I’m shocked and frustrated on what was done during the service. The invoice states that the oil was replaced, Are they fooling people by creating such fake invoices and doing nothing to the car. Now I’m stuck here in Winnipeg and it’s a long weekend, I tried calling them as they are open today but they refused to help and asked me to call them Tuesday morning. This is the customer service that I got from them. I advise people not to trust them blindly with your cars as I got my car completely destroyed.
