I bought my first car here and the experience was perfect. Dominic was really helpful and patient.
I had a little problem with a sensor which was repaired quickly by the technical service (I had to mention that the delay to get an appointment was a little longer than expected… almost 3 weeks).

I like to commend Mr.Philippe Vachon for the great customer service! Even my dealership is in Mazda Montreal, and I need my Mazda car to be serviced in Quebec City, Mr. Vachon took time to answer my questions nicely and in more details. The way he deals with his client (like me) is mixed with passion and technicalities. I can say is he really loves his job! Kudos Philippe. Thank you.

It doesn't matter who you talk to, they're all very nice and professional. I really liked my experience there!
Update, August '24: I'm still very happy about the service there! Had a dead car battery, they fixed it on the same day I called. They even offer to drive you home while they're working on your vehicle. This is great customer service.

1st rate service, friendly staff. It feels like my home. I have nothing but Mazdas: Mazda 626, Protége, and the one I have now is my second Mazda 3. I am not interested SUVs. Not only that they are too expensive and they don't look good except Mazda 30. Don't ever stop selling Mazda e.
