Fast and attentive service. Visited the service with my colleague to address his vehicle's warning light and 3 employees quickly attended to the car and serviced the issue and even topped up the windshield washer fluid! I am an audi customer in Toronto and have been a customer at multiple dealerships. Would 100% buy a car and service in Quebec City if I didn't live so far.

I just bought my Q3 back after a 4-year lease. I love my Audi, but the dealership's service was a huge disappointment. At every service appointment, they found something that wasn't covered by the warranty. For over six months, they kept telling me my brakes were worn out and that it was dangerous to drive with brakes in such bad condition. After buying it back, I went to a highly reputable garage near my home, and surprisingly, my brakes are still in excellent condition, as are several items they had noted as needing attention during the last service. Be vigilant and don't blindly accept everything they suggest.

The garage carried out work (an update) that I had clearly instructed them not to do, and this caused problems with my modified car. The co-manager told me it was up to me to sort it out myself... This service center should be avoided when the manager isn't there. I am very disappointed with this experience.

This is my first luxury vehicle, my first Audi Q7, of course. The best way to stay in this niche as a customer is to receive exceptional service from the Audi service team in Quebec City. From the atmosphere to the discussions about available products and services, everything was perfect.
