Update from below:
After providing feedback to Volkswagen Canada, I was contacted by the Dealer, who was able to work out a resolution for us. despite their policy of no refunds on electronics, they graciously provided a refund.
Previously: As others have mentioned, I have reason not to trust the service of this garage. They agreed to send me a rare part. When it arrived, my local dealership verified that it was not the part ordered. These guys insist it is the correct part, but the codes on the parts do not match the VW catalogue. We attempted to return the part, but they insist that they don't take returns on electronics - a fact they did not mention at the time of purchase. I am now out $700 and nothing has been installed on my vehicle, and the dealership was rude and dismissive. If it was the right part, as they claim, they could easily resell it, but the dealer even called me to tell me, no they won't consider working with us on some kind of deal. Refusing to negotiate and rude service by phone while failing to call back, you name it, they're just ignorant and I have a hard time trusting them.

Just purchase an ID4.
Both Benoit and Rémi have helped me throughout this whole process.
They took more than an hour to show me the ins and outs of the new vehicle.
The whole VW New Richmond team from service to accounting have a friendly approach.
I would recommend this dealership anyday!

I called them from Ottawa to discuss a dieselgate return vehicle I was about to purchase sight unseen in Montreal. The Carfax showed the vehicle was exclusively serviced at this dealership... a LOT, which had me worried it was a lemon. So I called them and spoke with Benoit -- he gave me over 10 minutes of his time to take me through the complete service history of the vehicle -- when someone is willing to help someone, even though they are unlikely to ever be a customer, that's a true sign of fantastic customer service.
