I am so grateful to Kyle and the team at the Victoria crescent shop. I brought my vehicle in for brakes I thought would be at least $1000. They were so honest and kind. Assured me that all I needed was new pads. On the day I brought my car in, Kyle noticed that it didn’t sound like it should upon start up. After inspecting it, he took the time to explain what needed to be done. Knowing I know zero things about cars, he could have had me paying a ridiculous amount of money and not knowing otherwise. However, that was not the case. He explained an oil/filter change would fix the issue. It truly has, my car is back to sounding like a happy car again. Thank you so much.

Had tires installed on my truck. Brought them in with me. Was not given a hassle about the non instore tires. Tires installed...fast, clean, weights on the inside of rims...without having to ask. Huge, fresh-grind, computer-controlled, coffee machine and huge t.v. in waiting area. Well priced service. My wheel lock handed back in a bright, new pouch. Very immpressed. Glad I gave them a second chance.

Best service I have had since returning to Nanaimo. Dropped 2 tires off, told they could be done before closing. OK, headed out to get groceries, headed home to drop them off, I get a text, they are ready. 5 minutes later, I'm picking up two repaired tires. Great friendly service. THANKS !!!

Required a wheel alignment. Got an appointment a few days out, sat in their office while they did the work. Great coffee offered and watched the Blue Jays on their TV. The cost was under $150. In and out within an hour. Awesome service and no cheesy unnessecary sale pitches.
