I had a fantastic experience with Woodgrove Chrysler. Amy was amazing and made a custom video for me to answer the questions I had as I have never purchased a vehicle over the internet before. They solved all problems and had it delivered all the way up to the great white north for me. Richard, the delivery driver, was also amazing. Overall, I would recommend everyone here for your vehicle purchase.

I recently purchased a used vehicle we saw online on Woodgrove Chrysler’s website. This car was at their Kelowna affiliate dealership, but with a simple deposit, they had it brought over to Nanaimo so we could see and test drive it a couple of days later, on the Saturday. The young salesman Jacob, made this an easy and enjoyable process and the back office financing fellow prepared a seamless transition, and having the insurance agent there to transfer our insurance, had us leaving in our “New to Us” car, later that afternoon. They were even friendly and accommodating to our dog, “Blue”.
I was especially excited by the deeply discounted, fully electric Dodge Daytona Charger they had in the showroom, but unfortunately, that wasn’t what we were there for. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check out Woodgrove Chrysler for a friendly car buying experience.

I purchased a used vehicle from a different dealership( not mentioning Nanaimo Chryslers name) and had issues from the onset. I kept getting the vehicle returned stating they couldn't find the issue or they required me to pay to find the issue. After losing many days of work and having to get a loan out to pay for something? that their shop did that was covered by extended warranty I brought the vehicle to Woodgrove.
OMG!!!!!!!! Within the hour of it being 8n the service bay, they had sent me pics of what was wrong. Straight forward, no BS, ...here it is! To no fault of their own, it took 3 months because a few parts were hard to find , but over $8000.00 work was performed. It's amazing how well the engine runs, how smooth it drives and shifts. ( vehicle should not have been sold by Nanaimo Chrysler in this condition, false inspection report)
The mechanic, wish I knew his name... belongs in the hall of fame.!

Wish I listened to everyone when they advised me after I bout my jeep not to go to Nanaimo Chrysler , but Woodgrove.......they will always be my go to guys for purchases or repairs. I hope everyone gets on board the Woodgrove Train bound for honesty, integrity, and a wonderful customer experience.!!

My 2016 dodge Journey konked out at the last minute, 2 days before I had to return to Victoria with 2 dogs on board. I called late Thursday evening, brought my van in early Friday morning and it was repaired by 4:30 that afternoon (fuel injector). Excellent service! The other Chrysler dealership did not respond or return my call. Smit Shah was very helpful and accommodating.
