I've been going here for years and have always had a good experience! I go mostly to the parts department and Stephane and his team are great! I've gone to get my vehicle serviced a few times as well and I've always had a good experience. I definitely recommend going here.

I would give zero stars if I could. I inquired about a car and they didn't respond to me. It took me many times to follow up with them to even get a price on a car. They do not negotiate with you at all and always says that's the best price they can do. They're very rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place at all. They also rip you off for trade ins so DO NOT COME HERE.

Thank you to Will and the team at Hyundai St-Jerome! From start to finish, Will was forthcoming with all relevant information, made everything clear upfront, and was extremely communicative. The pricing was incredibly fair and competitive, and everything went smoothly. As an out-of-province purchaser, they explained the process in detail and took care of everything for me ahead of time, allowing me to drive my new car home. Thank you again to the team and Will!

I decided to not going forward at this time, but their attention during the first contact was very good. I will definitely put on my list of dealerships to look the inventory.

Highly recommend Hyundai St-Jérôme if you're the kind of person who likes when salespeople schedule meetings with you to test drive a car and then, after driving 45 minutes to get to that dealership for the appointment, a totally different salesperson tells you that someone just put a deposit 10 minutes before on that very car you were coming in to test. Highly recommend if you really like wasting your gas and your time to meet with unprofessional/unserious people. What a great way to treat someone who has been driving Hyundai for almost 10 years. Edit: since the owner is trying to make excuses in the reply, here's the full context: the dealership never offered/asked for me to make a deposit. They didn't even bother to call me when they sold the car to someone else so that I wouldn't drive all the way to St-Jerome. They did nothing. They waited for me to drive all the way to St-Jerome from Montreal, wasting my time, my gas, and my money. Absolutely horrible level of service and basic commonsense.
