I would like to thank Honda Ste-Rose and specifically mention Jaysson for his great service and professional help that allowed me to secure a great car. I had very satisfying experience with him. His expertise and confidence of his product were outpouring from his tone, remarks and advice. He was genuinely proud of his stuff 😉, friendly and welcoming, and keen on selling me a the car that met my criteria and family needs, and yes, after one week with it, I do love my Honda HR-V 2022. It was not easy to negotiate the financials, especially the financing interest rate - as with other dealerships, for which I had to find an alternative funding source on the spot. A full gas tank would have been nice, but at the end, I got a very clean car inside out, certified, ready to roll from a warmed garage with my phone set up and connected, thanks to Anick who gave me a quick intro on how to use the features and buttons on the dash in minutes, and then I was on my way home to Ottawa. Thanks Honda Ste-Rose for the quality service!

I recently leased a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid from Honda Sainte-Rose, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The dealership is conveniently located right off Highway 15, making it extremely easy to access. As a military member based in Ontario, I truly appreciated the military discount that was offered — a meaningful gesture of support. The 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid stands out in both performance and refinement. The hybrid powertrain delivers strong, responsive acceleration while maintaining impressive fuel efficiency. The ride is smooth yet solid, giving a confident and stable feel on the road. It honestly reminds me of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class I used to drive during deployment in Afghanistan — but with a much smoother and more refined driving experience. The CR-V Hybrid also offers excellent features and options, including advanced driver-assistance systems, modern safety technologies, a well-designed infotainment system, spacious seating, and generous cargo capacity. The interior is comfortable, practical, and built with quality materials, making it ideal for both long highway drives and everyday use. The vehicle feels durable and rugged while still being efficient and family-friendly. Customer service was truly outstanding. My salesperson, Audrey, was professional, transparent, and highly trustworthy throughout the entire process. Every detail was clearly explained, with no pressure and no surprises. Since I reside in Ontario, Audrey went above and beyond by coordinating the Ontario license plate registration, ensuring everything was completed seamlessly and on time. This allowed me to focus on other responsibilities without stress. The General Manager was also extremely professional and client-focused, taking the time to ensure that all my needs were met. The entire team demonstrated strong attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. All paperwork, coordination, and delivery were handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, the experience was seamless, efficient, and built on trust. I highly recommend Honda Sainte-Rose and the 2026 CR-V Hybrid to anyone looking for a reliable, capable, and well-equipped vehicle, backed by a team that truly prioritizes its clients.

A couple of days ago, we purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback from Honda Ste. Rose, and the experience was exceptional. The customer service at this dealership is outstanding, especially our sales advisor, Andre Fayad. He was humble, respectful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Krystelle Gerber was also fantastic, assisting us with the finance and documentation process. The entire team, from top to bottom, was amazing, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. We hope that the high level of service at Honda Ste. Rose continues because it truly makes a difference for customers like us. In contrast, we had a less positive experience at another Honda dealership in Laval when we bought a 2016 Civic. Despite paying in cash, the customer service there was disappointing. We highly recommend Honda Ste. Rose for anyone looking for excellent service and a great car-buying experience.

Not please with the competence of the service department. I had a couple of issues on my vehicle and the advisor kept saying that it’s normal. I had to force($$$) them to check it and to my surprise they couldn’t replicate the problem(common response) therefore, they could not fix it. I brought my car to a local shop and they were able to find the problem and I’m waiting to get it fixed. I am not pleased with this dealership and would not recommend at all. Update* I sent them an email as of October 8th and still have not heard from them. Very disappointing, will never go back to this service department.
