I recently picked up a Corolla GR from Guelph Toyota. The whole experience from the time I messaged them about the car until the time I picked it up was fantastic. The sales rep Zach was next level. His low pressure sales tactics allowed us to build a proper relationship and most importantly trust. I have been to a lot of dealerships over the last few months and it was a welcome refreshing experience and definitely a major factor in my choice to go with Guelph Toyota even though I live 2 hours away and made to make the trip three times it was worth it. The business manager Chris was also great to work with when it came to the extended warranty’s and other associated add ons. Overall it was a great experience that was unlike any other dealerships I’ve worked with recently (I really feel the car buying experience has really deteriorated over the years, it’s too rushed sales reps no longer know the technical facts of they cars they’re selling and just pressure you to sign) I would absolutely recommend talking to zach the next time you’re looking for a new ride, he knows his cars and was fun to work with.

I recently took delivery of a new Tacoma. The whole experience could not have been any better. I was on a tight timeline and Puneet got me one two weeks before it was even promised. It was an all around great experience. I highly recommend them

I had a wonderful experience at Guelph Toyota! Ayla was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was kind, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. She even arranged two Uber rides for me, which I truly appreciated. She went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Rami in finance was also great to work with. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process easy and comfortable. Thank you both for such excellent service. I highly recommend Guelph Toyota!

I recently purchased a brand-new Toyota Tacoma from Guelph Toyota and also signed up for the 5-year extended warranty, expecting reliable support from a dealership that values its customers. Just one week after taking delivery, my check engine light came on along with multiple safety warning lights. I brought it straight to their service department for diagnosis. They determined that the PCV sub-line had been chewed and damaged by rodents — an external issue that they said wasn’t covered under either the factory or extended warranty. They advised me to file with my insurance or pay out of pocket. When I asked about any possible discount or goodwill assistance (especially as a brand-new customer), they offered only a very small, insignificant amount that didn’t make the situation any better. Feeling I had no reasonable choice, I paid the full repair cost myself. What disappointed me most wasn’t just the lack of coverage (though I now regret purchasing the extended warranty here), but the poor treatment I received from the service department manager. The interaction felt dismissive and unfair no empathy for a new customer dealing with an unexpected issue so soon after purchase. This experience has left me regretting my decision to buy from this dealership. I no longer trust Guelph Toyota and will not be returning for future service, maintenance. Recommendations:. If you value respectful, customer-focused service and fair treatment especially on something as important as a new vehicle I strongly suggest looking at other Toyota dealers in the area.
